Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse
PCCR advances the broad community goals of preserving the environment, supporting high-quality education, and sustaining a vibrant creative community. We increase the capacity of our region’s schools, individual artists, and arts organizations by providing unique, affordable materials for creative and educational projects. By collecting usable materials that would otherwise be sent to the landfill, we help businesses and households to reduce waste. Our outreach education programs raise awareness of the critical importance of reuse within the reduce/reuse/recycle imperative.
We offer field trips as well as in-house activities for your class, birthday party, or Girl Scout Troop - as a space rental or a facilitated hands-on activity. We also have a curated art gallery.
