Texture Contemporary Ballet company loves all varieties of dance! We are excited to present “Dance Shorts”, an eclectic assortment of short dance works by a variety of dance groups, each bringing their own dancers and performing their original works. This unique event will showcase a wide range of styles, ages and flavors of dance and is sure to have something for everyone.

- NSquared Dance
- Shana Simmons Dance
- Simon Phillips (Attack Theatre) & Latrea Rembert (STAYCEE PEARL dance project)
- West Point Ballet
- Texture Contemporary Ballet

Dance Shorts will be presented in one performance only, at the New Hazlett Theater on Sunday September 30th at 5:30pm. The performance will follow the conclusion of Texture's production, "The Speed of Sound," which runs September 28-30.

The artists in this program will range from pre-pofessional students through established professionals. This program serves as a platform for dancers and choreographers from Pittsburgh and beyond to feature their work. Dance Shorts is a wonderful way for Pittsburgh audiences to experience an eclectic sampling of dance and to celebrate dance in Pittsburgh!
