Fab(rication) Friday: Mozzarella Fermentation

Learn to transform milk into the fun and stretchable mozzarella cheese through the magical transformation processes of fermentation! Join Guest Expert Justin Lubecki, from Ferment Pittsburgh, to learn about the cheese-making process. This hands-on class will allow participants to make their very own delicious shapes!

Fab(rication) Friday is a monthly creative workshop series for high schoolers! Hang out with friends in a community setting while participating in hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math) projects led by Guest Experts. No experience necessary!
