Black Futures: Fred Moten and LaToya Ruby Frazier

LaToya Ruby Frazier is a Braddock-born photographer and 2015 MacArthur Fellow, whose other honors include a TED Fellowship, Guggenheim Fellowship, and the International Center for Photography’s Infinity Award for her first book, The Notion of Family (Aperture, 2014).

Fred Moten is winner of a Guggenheim Fellowship and the author of ten books, including The Feel Trio (Letter Machine Editions), which was the 2014 winner of the California Book Award for poetry and a finalist for the National Book Award and Los Angeles Times Book Prize.
