Each month will be held at an exciting new location and we are pumped to kick things off at Gilberti Fine Art Studio and Gallery (located at 1030 5th Avenue Coraopolis, PA 15108)

Admission is "pay what you can" and there will also be some snacks and wine available.

Some quick background on this reading series: each year for our Festival, we receive hundreds of new plays that eventually get narrowed down to the 18 that are produced as LabWorks or Main Stage productions after rounds of critique, scoring and board review.

The production companies select these plays from a pool of ~40 finalists. We thought it was only right for those plays that were deemed worthy of production but were just not selected by a company this year to get their chance to be performed by some fantastic local actors. This also gives the playwrights an opportunity to hear their work performed for an audience and gather some feedback.

Plus, there's wine and snacks.
