Resonance Works revisits Giuseppe Verdi’s chilling Macbeth, the work that launched the company a decade ago.
It has been 10 years, but Verdi's Macbeth is returning to Pittsburgh in less than two weeks! Last performed as Resonance Works' inaugural production a decade ago, this new chilling and intimate take on Verdi's first Shakespearean opera directed by former Pittsburgh Opera Resident Artist Frances Rabalais comes to the Charity Randall Theatre in Oakland on May 18 & 20. These performances closing our 10th Anniversary Season will be presented during the Opera America annual conference, the world’s largest gathering of opera administrators, artists, trustees, and advocates, which is being hosted in Pittsburgh this year!
