Nandanik Dance Troupe presents Tagore’s Chandalika, The Untouchable Daughter of Earth at the Pittsburgh Fringe Festival
The story of the struggle a girl from a marginalized community in the Indian subcontinent seeking respect, acceptance, inclusion, empathy in a society that shuns her for her skin color and caste.
Tagore's Chandalika, The Untouchable Daughter of the Earth, is performing live in person as part of the Choreographers' Showcase with two other dance pieces, as well as being part of the 2023 Pittsburgh Fringe. After all three shows there will be a Q & A, so please stay with us!
