Ah, So what is Forest Bathing? Forest bathing is a guided exploration that centers on slowing down, unplugging, and awakening our senses while resting outside immersed in the nature. Spend the evening walking through a meadow, sitting under the canopy of the forest listening to the sounds of Frick Park as we have time to be together and share what we notice and explore on our own. Each activity is an invitation to be present and craft your own experience.

Please dress for the weather, bring a drink and anything else you might need to support your evening.
