Resident artists Windafire and Ginger Brooks Takahashi offer a series of walks as a mutual creative space, centering queerness and kinship with nature. Inspired by an understanding of land as a friend and teacher, we will lead three walks in Pittsburgh Parks: Frick Park, Schenley Park, and Riverview Park. The walks will guide you to listen and form stories with and of the land. The residency will culminate in a Full Moon Celebration with readings, a potluck, and bonfire.
