Do you like to go outdoors and explore nature? Well Fiddlesticks sure does and he’s on a mission to find what part of Pittsburgh’s nature inspires him most. From bugs and birds to trees and rivers, join Fiddlesticks for a musical adventure of the sounds of nature, including “Flight of the Bumble Bee,” “The Swan” from Carnival of the Animals and the Thunder and Lightning Polka.


DISCOVERY TIME ACTIVITIES

Come to Heinz Hall an hour before the concert for fun, hands-on activities with special guests! Move at your own pace as you:

• Practice singing the Fiddlesticks theme song with vocalist Katy Williams
• Discover instruments of the orchestra with PSO musicians
• Get creative with a music-inspired craft to take home
• Express yourself with dance and movement
• Take a break in the Quiet Room with books, coloring, and more

Fiddlesticks wants to make sure everyone feels welcome at these concerts! A family restroom, Braille programs, a quiet room, fidgets, and noise-cancelling headphones are available at all Fiddlesticks concerts
