DIAMANTE TRIO comprised of musicians Mary Beth Malek (clarinet), Paula Tuttle (cello), and Juan Jaramillo (violin) is joined by soprano Lilly Abreu for a special in-person concert on September 27 at 7 pm on the lawn of the Mopnroeville Public Library. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the beautiful Fall evening with friends and family while listening to the sounds of Latin Bossa Nova, Sambas, Tangos, Jazz and traditional popular songs. A recipient of a grant from University of Pittsburgh Year of Diversity, Diamante has performed for audiences in Pittsburgh and Westmoreland counties, bringing classical, pop and jazz music to schools, stages and venues throughout the community. In 2018 the ensemble was featured at the Fridays at the Frick for a lawn concert. Since, the ensemble has performed for over 60 concerts. Their CD No More Blues features the songs of Jobim, Gardel and more, will be available to purchase at this concert!
