Forest Bathing In Frick Park hosted by the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy
This Forest Bathing session is a 90 minute guided visit into the forest where we will slow down, awaken our senses, and nurture our relationship with nature. Through a series of guided invitations, you will find your own ways of connecting with the forest as you relax into being present with the sights, smells, sounds, textures, and tastes of the woods. There’s no rush and there’s no right or wrong way to do it. Simply come as you are and witness the beauty of your own relationship with nature. Trained guide, Sandi Miller, will guide you through the practice of forest bathing.
