The Warhol is pleased and grateful to return to live, in-person performance, featuring internationally touring artists, with our inaugural Sound Series Block Party. An early fall afternoon and evening of live music in a relaxed and festive environment outdoors in our North Shore neighborhood. Food and beverages will be available to purchase on site, along with hands-on t-shirt, tote bag or poster making. Presented by The Warhol’s Sound Series, a varied roster of artists will perform on a stage adjacent to the museum on Isabella Street, including Pastor Deryck Tines & the Lemington Chorale, Cassandra Jenkins, Vieux Farka Touré, Andy Shauf, 13 Most Beautiful…Songs for Andy Warhol’s Screen Tests, featuring Dean & Britta, and Dean Wareham plays Galaxie 500’s On Fire.
