Gather your paper and colored pencils, and join botanical illustrator Robin Menard as we draw a branch of pussy willows.
All experience levels and ages are welcome to join in this step-by-step workshop.
Pittsburgh artist, Robin Menard shares her love of nature through her art and teaching. A lifelong artist, Robin is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. She has a Certificate in Botanical Illustration from Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, where she is a core drawing instructor in their Botanical Illustration Certificate program. Robin offers workshops throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. Past workshops include Phipps Conservatory’s BioBlitz, the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership/Office of Public Art, Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, Shaler North Hills Library, Chatham University’s Eden Hall Campus, and Winchester Thurston School’s City is Our Campus program. She is a member of the American Society of Botanical Artists, the Allegheny Highlands Botanical Art Society, and the Colored Pencil Society of America.

All of our Virtual Workshops will be hosted on Zoom and the recorded session will be available for up to 1-month after the class. Students looking to participate must have a Zoom compatible device and a strong/reliable internet connection. Links to the Zoom Session will be emailed to participants upon registration to the workshop. We ask that participants do not share the Zoom Link.
