Create poems using prompts, such as sound and repetitions, and then unpack the craft of the creation of a teaching artist workshop with Teaching Artist Maritza Mosquera and our guest artist Sarah Leavens.
Sarah will kick off this month’s Teaching Artist Initiative workshop by leading a collaborative group poem, using found word instigation and oral collaborations. We’ll also unpack this workshop, focusing on the creation of the workshop itself and making art forms accessible to our students.
