Let’s Talk About… How Should We Rebuild the Economy?

Presented by Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh at Online/Virtual Space

This brand-new initiative will facilitate informed and inclusive online engagement that aims to amplify the voices of local people in ways that will energize voter participation in the upcoming election.

We will use resources developed by the nonpartisan National Issues Forums for virtual small-group discussions, facilitated by our program partner, the Art of Democracy. After discussing the issue with your neighbors on our Let’s Talk About… forum, you will have the chance to share your views in a survey. Survey results from our local forums will be added to a developing national database of public opinion resulting from inclusive, deliberative, democratic engagement events being hosted in communities and on college campuses throughout the United States.

We have created two options for joining our online discussion using Zoom:

Wednesday, October 21, 2020 | 6:00 – 7:30 PM
Saturday, October 24, 2020 | 10:00-11:30 AM
