Mastermind: Panel Discussion & Exhibit Opening

Join the Pittsburgh Emerging Arts Leaders and several talented artists in our community for the opening of the annual "Mastermind" exhibit. The evening will also include a thought-provoking panel discussion about this year's theme of "Accessibility."

About the moderator:
Rebecca Martin is a poet and arts professional living in Pittsburgh, PA. She is the Accessibility Coordinator at the arts nonprofit City of Asylum, where she works in public programming. Her writing has appeared in Original Magazine, Spill: A Queer Arts Magazine, Pretty Owl Poetry, and Birdcoat Quarterly. She is interested creating poetry that centers queer womanhood through the personal and political, simultaneously in conversation with and troubled by the parameters of history. Originally from Southwest Ohio, she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Writing (Poetry) and Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies and was the 2017 Artist-in-Residence with Pitt's Astronomy and Physics Department.
