Rust can be good too! Transform plain linens into beautiful stained fabrics by using rusty tools, vinegar, water, and a bit of time. Learn wrapping techniques and staining tips to create object bundles that will make interestingly stained fabrics by the power of nature.
Please note: This class is from 1-4pm on July 14th, AND 12:30-1:30pm August 11. The break allows for time for the fabrics to dye from the rust. The second session will be the "unwrapping" session which is powerful to experience as a group.
Skill level: All Level class.
Materials: All fabrics and dyestuffs will be provided.
Tickets are $49.00+fees, and include all materials plus participants' first beer or non-alcoholic beverage. This class can also be grouped with two other dyeing classes being offered later in the Summer for a discount. Tickets are available through Eventbrite or at the door.
