Polish Cultural Council

The Central Council of Polish Organizations, CCOPO, Inc, now known as The Polish Cultural Council, has been in existence for over 90 years.  As a registered 501c(3) organization, we pride ourselves in the fulfillment of our mission statement, showcasing the best in Polish culture for Western PA and the tristate area. We seek to keep the cultural ties between Poland and America alive by promoting unique cultural experiences in the forms of music, film, art, photography, lecture, dance and Polish language instruction.  Our broad audience includes many of Polish ethnic backgrounds seeking an understanding of the Polish culture brought by their ancestors when they immigrated to the United States. Our aim, through the arts, is to bridge the cultural gap between the countries and to explore the rich cultural heritage of Poland and its people.
