The Pittsburgh Camerata is an a cappella choral ensemble that has performed continuously since it was formed in 1974. This mixed choir has typically ranged in size from 24 to 34 singers. The repertoire performed includes the entire choral repertory, with an emphasis on Renaissance/Baroque and 20th and 21st century music. Although the primary emphasis is on a cappella music, the Camerata does perform some music with instrumental accompaniment.

Mission: The Pittsburgh Camerata is a professional chamber choir dedicated to performances distinguished by imaginative programming in intimate settings.
