Brew House Association

Brew House Association (BHA) cultivates a wide range of artistic development through an 11-month studio residency called Distillery, a curatorial support program called Prospectus, public gallery exhibitions, and flexible leased studio space.

BHA has served as a grassroots incubator and provider of innovative artistic programming since 1993. Early BHA members reclaimed the former Brew House of Duquesne Brewing Company, built in 1899, and repurposed it into a dynamic cultural asset. Since its inception, BHA has offered a refuge and platform for local artists to develop work and build careers.
