The Western Pennsylvania Mushroom Club meets the third Tuesday of each month (March through November) at the Frick Environmental Center.
Each meeting features updates on club activities, a speaker/presentation, a mushroom identification table, and mushroom-related merchandise for sale. This month’s speaker will be Cara Coulter, a regional mycologist and current Vice President of the club. She will present a talk titled “Zombie Fungus!," featuring some of the entomopathogenic fungi found in western Pennsylvania. Meetings are free and open to the public.
