The second event in our week-long Collective Protest & Rebellion: A Black Study Intensive, presented by the Center for African American Poetry and Poetics

This event features Readings, Conversation, and Q&A with transnational and genre-breaking writer Dionne Brand and poet Harryette Mullen who, according to Elizabeth Frost, “pioneered her own form of bluesy, disjunctive lyric poetry.” The event will be moderated by Emily Greenwood.
