Sound Bath at the Space GBG

Practice Makes Perfect and The Space GBG are teaming up again for January!
Join Gabby for a relaxing Sound Bath, she uses her crystal bowls, Native American flute, Tibetan steel bowls, tuning forks and voice. (sometimes drums and bells/wind chimes too) Sessions last about 60 minutes. After time is up everyone is invited to open their eyes, take their time coming back to reality and open up the space for anyone to share their experience.
This is a general guideline for sessions but Gabby always flow with what she intuitively feels called to do in the moment!
Join us in comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one.
Preregistration is strongly encouraged as these fill quickly and to keep the experience cozy this will be capped at 12. Cost is $15 per person and mats, blankets and pillows will be provided.
