Row Through History
Enjoy a great view of the Monongahela River and explore the Fort Pitt Museum all while taking part in a sweat producing, heart pounding full body indoor rowing workout.
California Cycle Path, a local North Side fitness studio, is excited to partner with the Fort Pitt Museum to “row through history.”
Classes begin at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. These 45-minute classes will be led on-site at the Fort Pitt Museum by California Cycle Path’s Certified Indoor Rowing Instructors. Classed include a warm-up, form and technique drills, and an interval workout. No prior rowing experience is necessary. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
