Mon Krewe

Mon Krewe is Pittsburgh’s own source for traditional Cajun music, straight from the bayous of Louisiana. The band formed in 2022 and includes Mark Tamsula (fiddle), Dave Dutzik (guitar and vocals), Barb Rosner (bass), and Chuck Ettensohn (button accordion). All are accomplished musicians who have spent decades honing their craft. Mark, Dave, and Chuck performed for more than 20 years with the Cajun bands Grand Bon Rien, Venez au Bal, and Zydeco Dogz at festivals, dances, and in clubs throughout the region. Barb and Mark are also acclaimed practitioners of Appalachian music and both have performed, recorded, and taught widely.
Join us for a summer evening of music outside! No tickets needed, but we will be accepting tips for the artists both online and at the show itself. Suggested tip is $15, and any amount is welcome.
