Carlos Andrés Gómez is a Colombian American poet from New York City & the author of Hijito (ee-HEE-toe), winner of the Broken River Prize & a #1 SPD bestseller, & the memoir Man Up: Reimagining Modern Manhood, released by Penguin Random House. A star of HBO’s Def Poetry Jam, TV One’s Verses & Flow, & Spike Lee’s #1 box office movie Inside Man with Denzel Washington, he is widely known for his viral poems, “Where are you really from?” & “What Latino Looks Like.” Gómez is the Winner of the Atlanta Review International Poetry Prize, Fischer National Poetry Prize, Lucille Clifton Poetry Prize, & the Sandy Crimmins National Prize for Poetry. Gómez has also partnered with John Legend on Senior Orientation, a program to counteract bullying & champion inclusive masculinity among high school students. Diannely Antigua is a Dominican American poet and educator, born and raised in Massachusetts. Her debut collection Ugly Music (YesYes Books, 2019) was the winner of the Pamet River Prize. She received her B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts Lowell where she won the Jack Kerouac Creative Writing Scholarship and received her MFA at NYU where she was awarded a Global Research Initiative Fellowship to Florence, Italy. She is the recipient of additional fellowships from CantoMundo, Community of Writers, and the Fine Arts Work Center Summer Program. Her work has been nominated for both the Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net. Her poems can be found in Washington Square Review, Bennington Review, The Adroit Journal, Cosmonauts Avenue, Sixth Finch, and elsewhere. Her heart is in Brooklyn.

Rosa Iris Diendomi was born in Moca, Dominican Republic, she is Dominican of Haitian descent. Rosa is a lawyer, specializing in Human Rights, and has experience in international litigation before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva. Rosa has also had Advocacy actions before the British Parliament, she has participated in the Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS) in 2016 and 2017. She is the protagonist of the Documentary Our Life in Transit. Rosa Iris has also been a panelist on issues of human rights, nationality and statelessness in universities such as Georgetown and Howard in Washington DC.

Juno Elio Avillez do Nascimento is a Brasilian American poet born in Maryland, living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is currently a high school junior at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School in Midland, Pennsylvania as a Writing and Publishing major. He has been published by award winning literary and arts journal Pulp, as well as The Books Smugglers Den, and has forthcoming publications with Know It All Mag and Genre: Urban Arts. He also received an honorable mention from Carnegie Mellon University’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day Writing Awards. He has worked with authors Lee Gutkind and Yona Harvey, and is a staff member of BatCat Press where he specializes is book design and production.
