"Kiss Your Worries Goodbye" Workshop

The creative process of making the dolls engages the imagination and can promote the sharing of thoughts, ideas, and stories among participants. The construction method is easy, the materials are basic and familiar, yet the results are as original, clever, witty, and diverse as the individuals who create them.

Emily Harris is an innovative presenter and coach, Emily’s specialty is to help others draw their stories out, find their voice and their own means of expression. She offers a combination of storytelling with visual arts and crafts programs that provide engaging ways to alleviate worries and stress.

Emily received her BFA in Textile Design from Rhode Island School of Design. She is a designer of textiles, costumes, puppets, patchwork quilts and dolls. She blends many of these skills into her programs.
