This summer, the Kente Arts Alliance is presenting a series of three energetic and engaging concerts at City of Asylum, with special focus on the art and music of the African Diaspora.
The final concert in this series presents vocalist Anqwenique, who will share the stage with spoken word artist LaKeisha Wolf.
Before the concert, the first hour of this program will act as a welcome period, during which time attendees are encouraged to order food or drinks from the in-house restaurant 40 North while enjoying a set by local Pittsburgh DJ, BusCrates. The concert and livestream will begin at 6:30.
