Just the Way You Are: 50 Years in Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood

Hear from Ryan Lintelman, curator of entertainment history at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, about Rogers’ impact on the nation, then peer behind the curtain of the Neighborhood of Make Believe as Lintelman moderates a panel of associates and friends of Fred Rogers. Attendees will also have the chance to share their own stories and memories of “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” at a special story-sharing station.

Admission to this program is $18 for adults and $9 for kids, which includes access to all History Center exhibitions, including the original “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” set on display in the Special Collections Gallery.
