Jun 19 2021
Juneteenth Concert

Throughout June, we will honor Juneteenth, celebrating the emancipation proclamation, which freed all enslaved people in the United States — a celebration that first began in 1865.

Celebrate Juneteenth in Frick Park with music featuring local Black artists. Bring a picnic, your friends and family and enjoy! This event is free to the public and family friendly. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic and blanket, and celebrate with community on the lawn of the Frick Environmental Center. Music will feature local Black women from the SCALE Fellowship Program. This event will run on renewable energy via ZeroFossil's Solar Powered Stage, and kids energy educational
