Twenty-three years before Israel Pickholtz began doing serious genealogy, his father sent him three bits of family information. One of which, that his great-grandfather had an uncle Selig.
This information became essential in Israel’s research over the past two decades.
Hear Israel’s story of his great-great-great uncle, what he learned about his family, and why now he thinks he knows how his father knew about this uncle during this evening program at the History Center.
This program is free and open to the public but does not include museum admission.
