Hop into History: Homegrown

Early learners from ages 3 – 5 are invited to join the Heinz History Center on April 13 and dig into the story of how H.J. Heinz got his start in the condiment business.

Kids ages 2–5 and their caretakers can explore the people, places, and stories that make Pittsburgh unique at the History Center’s fun and engaging Hop into History program series.

On April 13, dig into the story of how H.J. Heinz got his start in the condiment business. Play a matching game with foods he sold and plant tomato seeds to start your own home vegetable garden!

ADMISSION INFO

Advance registration is required. Cost is $20, which includes participation in the program along with daylong museum admission for up to 2 kids and 2 adults (age 18+). Guests may be added for an additional cost.

History Center members receive $5 off registration.
