“1902” is the first installment of the “Grist From The Mill” series, a trilogy of works inspired by murder ballads and dark folklore. In these storytelling pieces written, directed and performed by Lissa Brennan, the steel mills of Pennsylvania not only serve as setting, but play an integral part in the action, an essential element in the narrative.
