From indie rock to jazz to pop country to Latin American rhythm, there’s something for everyone in our 2018-2019 season of the Great American Music series.
It’s safe to say that local indie rock band Essential Machine doesn’t fit the profile of your standard family band. The band’s latest EP, Poison Control, has traces of their folky-duo origins with glimpses of an epic rock outfit creating music with a driving urgency and riff-happy guitar work.
