Free Yoga class in Schenley Plaza hosted by Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy
This class will be a workout no matter your ability. Instructors will demonstrate poses during class and explain how to combine movement with your breath. Each pose is designed to strengthen your body while calming your mind. Participants must bring their own yoga mat.
