em-bod-i-ment Group A exhibit

em-bod-i-ment, juried by Devan Shimoyama, Asst. Prof. of Art, CMU, is a group exhibit that incorporates the human body in work that gives visible form to an abstract idea, quality or feeling.  em-bod-i-ment is part of Group A's year-long celebration of its 75th Anniversary, and features work by 17 members and inivited guests.

Group A was founded in 1944 as The Abstract Group.  In 1969, the name was changed to Group A, opening its membership to the full spectrum of artistic genres.
